Problem
Cameras only recorded; nobody watched them. Production and stock were counted by hand, late orders surfaced too late, and the owner had no view of the factory floor or site security when away.
Solution
An AI vision layer over the existing CCTV: it recognises pallets and reads quantities and weights from the footage, tallies output against daily production targets in real time, detects shift start from lights and gowning activity, attaches context notes such as a late order, and keeps watch on entrances and the perimeter with IR cameras, all in a live multi-camera monitor with a trilingual interface, accessible from any phone or tablet.
